5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, strategies, and reports provided remain the intellectual property of Forrest Growth Partners, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may use these materials for internal business use only and may not share, sell, or distribute them externally.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Forrest Growth Partners shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect business losses resulting from consulting recommendations.

  • All advice is given in good faith based on industry knowledge and the information provided by the client.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to ensure effective consultancy.

  • The success of any engagement depends on the client’s timely implementation of the recommendations provided.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under UK legal jurisdiction.
