3. Fees & Payment

• Payments follow the agreed schedule (upfront, milestones, or monthly).

• Late payments may pause services.

• No refunds on completed services.

Both parties agree to keep all business information strictly confidential unless required by law or consent is given.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of Forrest Growth Partners. Clients may use them internally but may not share or distribute them externally without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for business losses resulting from the implementation of our advice. All recommendations are based on the information you provide and current industry standards.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, timely information and implement agreed actions for successful outcomes.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

These terms are governed by UK law. Disputes will be settled under UK legal jurisdiction.
